Join your fellow colleagues in Chicago as NAASS honors Loy Lytle, Emeritus Dean at University of California, Santa Barbara. Loy will be receiving NAASS' highest honor, the Honorary Life Member Award, during the Conference Banquet and Awards Ceremony on November 15, 2011.
Loy has served NAASS in many capacities including: president, president-elect, past president, chair of the Nominations and Elections Committee, chair of Conference Program and Planning Committee, member of the Finance Committee, and current member of the Quality and Research Committee. He's been a frequent presenter at the conferences. Loy created the Legacy Series (since renamed the Michael U. He was selected as the Michael U. Nelson Legacy Series Speaker in 2010.
Under Loy's tenure, UCSB won three Most Outstanding Administrative Program Awards and four Awards of Merit from the Creative and Innovative Awards Committee.
