The Midwest Horse Fair is the only event we are attending this year as we will be working with training a Mounted Patrol Team. Come and visit us, see what new products we have come up with and share any photos you have of your horses playing with our products. We are in the main exhibition hall in booth #813 - a couple rows north of where we were last year. Just look for the big horse ball!!

Super Easy Cream Cheese Dip

8oz Cream Cheese
1 Pkg Crescent Rolls
Dill Weed
Open up the crescent rolls. Take 2 triangles to form a square and spread on the bottom of a small baking dish. Pinch the seams together so they don't leak. Sprinkle the dough with dill weed. Unwrap the cream cheese and center it in the dough. Sprinkle the cream cheese with dill weed. Place another square around the cheese and make a package and once again sprinkle with more dill weed. Bake at 350 until dough is lightly browned (about 10 minutes). Serve warm with crackers. You can decorate the top with the remaining dough or bake the rolls as usual. This uses 1/2 package of the crescent rolls. Experiment with other herbs like basil, rosemary, oregano or whatever you have on hand.
