Greetings!
Ah,
sunshine at last! We hope
this note finds you in good health and spirits for the spring holidays and that
the warm weather has you energized to Spring into Action.
Delaware
Breast Cancer Coalition's annual Spring into Action campaign is an
invitation to join us in the fight against breast cancer. Your donation goes
directly to supporting DBCC's
programs and services for the women and men in our local communities, including
programs of early detection and support of research through Peer
Mentoring/Clinical Trials.
Early
detection through screening mammograms and early treatment of breast cancer
lead to greater survival rates, and DBCC
helps to ensure that all women in Delaware
who need mammograms can get them. Later this spring you will see the Women's
Mobile Health Screening van back in action, outfitted with the latest digital
screening technology, making screening mammography more accessible to women in
all walks of life. Your support helps to keep programs like these on the road
to ever-greater success.
There are
other ways you can Spring into Action,
though, that provide opportunities for learning, fun and new friendships in the
process. More specifically, please register today for the 13th Annual Breast Cancer Update, April 28, and the 1st Annual DE-feet Breast Cancer
5K Run/Walk at Tanger Outlets, May 2.
Additional events are listed below.
For more details or to register, visit our website at www.debreastcancer.org or call us at 866-312-DBCC.
Best
wishes,

Vicky
Cooke, Executive Director
