sponsored Mock Prison Riot on May 3-6.

The National Institute of Justice, Office of Justice Programs (NIJ, OJP)
annually host a Mock Prison Riot on the grounds of the former West Virginia
Penitentiary in Moundsville, WV. The event showcases emerging law
enforcement, corrections, and military technologies, by facilitating the
"marriage" of technologies and end-users. The Penitentiary is used for
tactical training scenarios, technology demonstrations, free workshops, and
networking. End-users use the products in the showcase and deploy them
throughout the prison compound in tactical training scenarios. You will get
immediate feedback on the effectiveness of your technologies. There is an
application procedure, however there is no cost to participate.
