May 2011
Greetings!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month to celebrate, we at Wasatch Family Therapy invite you to Live Well. For parents we try to help you navigate "the move" with your children. For singles we encourage you to not lose track of who you are while dating. Also try overcoming those feelings of envy and learn to spot the signs of depression in men and how to share sensitive subjects with your BFF.

If you have a question please feel free to ask a therapist, take time to meet our therapists or boost our self-esteem and LIKE us on Facebook.

Enjoy!
