Greetings!
As many of you already know, we will be hosting our Figure Championship Clinics soon and we have set the dates below for the first two clinics.
Location: Temecula, CA

We will be demonstrating and presenting on figure posing, nutrition and diet, cooking (demonstrations from recipes in our Diet Recipe Cookbook), and a workout session with Tad and Bernadette. Anyone who is interested may purchase entry and participate. 

All attendees will walk away with a working knowledge of what to expect at a figure contest, how to pose for figure competition, advance workout techniques, and basic nutrition answers for figure contest preparation. Also, each attendee will receive a gift bag from us with a special gift, our Diet Recipe Cookbook, our Championship Posing DVD, samples of our Coach's Choice Whey Protein, and a few other goodies.   

A full day of meals will be provided on Saturday for all participants. For more details, and where to enroll you can go to our web store or email Bernadette Marturano for details.
Schedule of Events

Friday:
  •  Meet and greet with Tad and Bernadette in the evening
Saturday:
  • Morning 1 hour Cardio session outside with Bernadette
  • Diet/Training Question and answer session with Tad Inoue
  • Body fat measurements
  • Figure posing practice and critique
  • Weight training with Tad & Bernadette
  • Cooking demonstration on recipes from our Diet Recipe Book
  • Cheat meal extravaganza
Sunday:
  • 1 hour morning cardio session with Bernadette at Gold's Gym
  • Posing practice and follow up critique
  • Farewell
Enrollment Cost: $249

 **All Meals on Saturday will be provided (please let us know if you have any special dietary considerations)

**Upon completion of the Figure Clinic all participants will receive:
  • Championship Figure Posing DVD
  • Diet Recipe Book
  • Tad the Diet Coach logo shirt
  • Samples of The Coach's Choice protein powder
  • Gift for you
