HEADED TO HIGH POINT
This coming weekend, Lindsay Quinn (my senior designer) and I are headed to the bi-annual Furniture Market in High Point, North Carolina. It's always an exciting time and we are looking forward to finding some special items for our store and our very wonderful clients. We will be packing a lot into just a few days and we will be anxious to share our findings with all of you when we return! While we are gone, Tracy will be holding down the fort and will be available to answer any questions that you may have.
THE LOWER LEVEL
We can no longer call this space a basement! The lower level of this home has evolved into a fantastic multipurpose entertainment, relaxation and spa living area. Gone are the days of paneling and sheet vinyl. This basement has everything anyone could want for entertaining and for everyday living as well. Adding texture to this lower level is an incredible stone wall and columns. The space is carefully divided into a complete bar area adjacent to the cozy TV space by the fireplace. Warm and cozy is the way to describe it. Our goal was to make everyone feel welcome
Included in another section of the rooms is a full bath along with an adjoining relaxing sauna area to complete the feeling of luxury. And for the younger folks, there is a cute playroom for arts and crafts (not pictured). Finally, the most favorite space for my family (I was fortunate enough to take some of them there before the home was completed) was the amazing theater room. With reclining seats, cup holders, a HUGE TV and great sound system, they just couldn't get more comfortable. I wasn't sure I would ever be able to get them to leave! There was truly something for everyone here. It is a wonderful place to get together with friends or just enjoy every day with family.
