Is Organic Food Truly More Healthy?
Eating Organic foods can be both good for you and good for the earth, but what are you buying when you buy something "organic"?

The USDA has regulated a few terms to aid in the purchasing of organic products. When a product is labeled "100% organic" the food has no synthetic ingredients. Products labeled "organic" are made with 95% of organic ingredients, and other foods labeled "made with organic ingredients" are made with 70% organic materials.

All animal products that are labeled organic have never have been fed foods with growth hormone or antibiotics. This is a good method in choosing the right foods for your diet and your budget as organic products may cost 50%-100% more than their non-organic counterparts. To combat this extra cost, it is recommended to buy the products that you consume most often or the products that have the highest yield of pesticide residues.

Tone Up with Shape Ups Blog Q&A
Shape UpsIn a response to our Blog article "Tone Up with Shape Ups?" a concerned reader has responded:  I have recently bought a pair of Shape-ups.  I am a generally healthy individual and have started to wear them for the greater part of the day. After a few days I have began to soreness after wearing them.  How can I wear these shoes without being sore?

I would like to thank you for this question.  These shoes are designed to decrease your stability as you walk. With this decrease in stability, you need to work harder to maintain your posture and normal gait pattern.  This may be difficult if you are not used to wearing this type of shoe. I would recommend starting to wear them in for short durations during the day. By slowly increasing the amount that you are wearing your footwear you should be able to decrease the amount of muscle soreness.
