Making A Difference in our Community

Harold & Janice Rutherford

Janice & Harold Rutherford are active volunteers in the DeSoto County community. They participate in the Crystal Ball the only fundraiser for the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi. Janice & Harold are committed to whatever project they take on as a task. At the annual Crystal Ball Janice pilots the coat check station while Harold makes every lady feel like a jewel as he escorts them to their table! This couple has a bright spirit that draws people to them. They spend countless hours helping the foundation prepare for its annual fundraiser by securing items for the auction, planning details of the event and decorating the venue. Harold and Janice's dedication to this cause helps the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi raise over $100  thousand dollars to make a difference in the community.
