After School Matters, Program Operations Coordinator (Chicago, IL)

After School Matters provides engaging activities to Chicago teens that provide them skills that translate to the workplace. Through positive relationships with adults and peers, they are exposed to educational and career opportunities in their neighborhoods and the city at large.

The Program Operations Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of program databases and their associated interfaces and prepares, maintains and distributes all Program Operations Department reporting. Additional responsibilities include monitoring data entered into the database system to ensure accuracy and working closely with the vendor to research and resolve any issues experienced by users of the database.

DC Children & Youth Investment Trust Corporation, Research & Evaluation Manager (Washington, DC)





The DC Children and Youth Investment Trust Corporation (the Trust) develops partnerships that expand and improve services and opportunities for local children and youth.

The Research and Evaluation Manager is a full-time position in the Grants Management and Training Department of the Trust. Main responsibilities include conducting and overseeing all research and evaluation activities within the Trust; leading the organization's efforts in developing a performance-based evaluation model; and reporting outcome-based findings relevant to out-of-school time and parent-centered programs to various key stakeholders. The Research and Evaluation Manager will develop these monitoring initiatives, including  methodologies and evaluation tools.

Up2Us, Coach for America, Executive Director (New York, NY)

Coach for America is an innovative coaching model that will place 98 highly trained AmeriCorps members in underserved communities to support youth and youth development organizations as sports coaches.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an executive-level professional to be the key spokesperson of a new nationwide sports-based youth development program. Key responsibilities include leading the implementation and growth of the Coach for America program; overseeing systems development for successful programming and reporting to key funders and stakeholders; hiring all positions including consultants; and developing an Advisory Board to provide support and guidance to Coach for America.
