Up2Us Factsheet Series Addresses Important Themes in Sports-Based Youth Development
|
The Up2Us Research & Evaluation Taskforce has released the first two in a series of factsheets addressing important themes in the field of Sports-Based Youth Development. This educational series will create a common language within the SBYD field, draw attention to our important work and findings, and highlight the expertise of Up2Us member organizations. Click here to read our first two factsheets, "Sports-Based Youth Development" and "Quality Components of Sports-Based Youth Development." Upcoming factsheets will be released throughout the year on topics such as childhood obesity, the five pillars of being an effective SBYD practitioner, quality coaching, and girls in sports.
If you would like more information about the Up2Us factsheets or the Research & Evaluation Taskforce, please contact Megan Bartlett at mbartlett@up2us.org.
