The 2012 Board of Directors of Southeast Conference has reviewed the bylaws of the organization.
According to Article XI, Section 1. These Bylaws may be amended at a meeting of the general membership by a majority vote, provided that proposed amendments have been recommended by the Board of Directors by a majority vote and presented to the membership at least 30 days prior to the membership meeting. Modifications to the Board recommended Bylaw amendments require a two-thirds vote of the membership.
Please review these bylaw amendments, there will be a vote at the membership meeting, September 27, 2012 10:00am in the Community Center in Craig Alaska.
