"This life is our deal with the Divine. Most of us bite off more than we can chew in this life because we feel such remorse for our past mistakes. So we try to resolve it all in one life. You can change your suffering in a moment. Divine Grace can rewrite your life now. Find Grace through Oneness Blessing. It exists and will emancipate you. It takes consciousness, focus, alertness, unbending desire, and a belief in the possibility of change. My advice to you is to walk away. Walk away from dramas right now. Don't waste time on distractions. Downsize. Simple and uncomplicated is good. God has blessed you with a certain amount of energy. Use it wisely. Follow your feelings, but always, always, always ask yourself how your actions will affect those around you. You have two bodies; local and universal. Your actions must serve both bodies. Finally, know you as God. Suffering ceases when you truly live this." |

Welcome to the American Buddha Newsletter for December 2009. This Month, I will be addressing a wide range of subjects. The American Buddha Programs were created as a vehicle to dispense information regarding the true nature of the Awakened experience and its practical benefits in the modern world. The American Buddha Programs were created as a resource for those in need of counseling or healing on all levels; physical, emotional, and spiritual.
A special acknowledgment to my dear friends on Maui and Kauai, including Sharina and Ajmal, Frank Frasier and Richard Diamond, who made our "Sensory Enlightenment Workshops" such a wonderful and transformative experience. Thank You all so much!!!
Love and Blessings.....Irene and Stuart |

| Questions and Answers
If only I would have made other choices, my life would be so different now. It makes me very sad sometimes. What can I do to overcome this?
I believe that the terms "what if" and "if only" are the causes of more suffering than any other terms in the English language. What if, is not real. It didn't happen that way and it could never happen. Think about this. If "what if" actually did happened, it would have created a subtle change in the timing of a whole series of events. And that subtle change would have altered the course of everyone's life in all of creation because our lives are inseparable from each other. Everyone's life would have had a different outcome and Creation herself would have had to unfold differently. In other words, the actual Destiny of Creation, God's master blueprint, would have to change to fit your "What if". My world is completely dependent on what you choose. We are all connected but we don't realize it. We normally don't experience it. If you did not exercise your movements perfectly, no one would be here right now.
They can change. They can not change. Realization is unique to each nervous system. Your Realization will be in your own terms. If you are striving for the realization of the Buddha or of Ramana Maharishi, it definitely will not happen for you like that. It will be much better than that because it will be the realization that YOU always wanted. It will be perfect!
What is the relationship between the "Law of Attraction" and our personal karma?
It is always easiest to manifest to our own karma. This is the ultimate Law of Attraction. If it is not our karma to manifest a certain desire, it will be almost impossible to manifest it. Why? Natural Law! A lot of negative karma will be attracted to us if we try to manifest something that is not in our karmic path. Remember, all of the rest of creation is affected by our manifestations. So if creation doesn't want what our desire, then it will put up intense resistance.
Are there Enlightened people we don't know about?
There are Souls among us who are awake to themselves. They are their own eternity. They live life as they choose. We are attracted to the great lights, the great teachers; like Yogananda, Shankara, Ramana Maharishi, and Ramakrishna to name but a few. But these are a minority of the Awakened. This Earth Plane owes its very existence to the invisible ones. They walk among us and we hardly notice. But we are breathing their breath and we could not exist for a moment without their awareness.
How can I learn to see God?
Our mind has to stop moving. Then we will start to see God. We will see God as pervading everything. We will begin to experience the authentic Self in everyone and we begin to see that there is only one authentic Self in a myriad of different forms. For lack of a better name, we call it God. We will start to desire to know the Creator because we will be so in love with his/her creation. Soon, this desire becomes so strong that we must seek him out. Finally, we meet and our admiration for the Creator will be so strong that we will wish to become just like him/her. There will be a merging which takes place and we will become one with the Creator. This is the process of Unity. Then we come to realize that this is all nothing but ourselves. The more we receive the Oneness Blessing, the more this experience develops. |
