Greetings from Whistler!   

Spring has sprung in Whistler as the resort gears up for another epic summer season.  The resort had one of the best snow years on record with the winter season wrapping up May 28th - an extra month to shred it up.

The snow is making a quick retreat and summer is soon upon us ushering in another fantastic Pride season.  GayWhistler will be on the move getting out to communities, perhaps in your neck of the woods so come on out and say hi!

May 19th - skiOUT! on Blackcomb, show your pride out on Blackcomb Mountain where Spring Skiing is unreal... after a day on the slope jump on a Mountain Bike or pull out your clubs for a round of Golf!

May 25th - June 3rd - Winnipeg Pride.  Ken will be in Winnipeg make sure and stop by to sign up for your chance to win 2013 GayWhistler Prize Package!

June 9th - Edmonton Pride.  Dean will be in Edmonton sharing the love... make sure you come up and visit the GayWhistler booth for your chance to win a GayWhistler Prize Package!

July 28th - Vancouver Front Runners Pride Run 10K & Walk 5K... the week before pride in Vancouver run/walk and say hi to the GayWhistler Booth for your chance to win a WinterPRIDE Prize Package!

Vancouver Pride is looking for enthusiastic, welcoming and thoughtful volunteers for the 2012 Vancouver Pride Season.

VPS values diversity and need volunteers from all backgrounds with a variety of skills.

VPS has many roles for you to apply your expertise and to gain new experience:
- Pod Captains & Team Leaders
- Parade Marshals & Parade Support
- Event Hosts & Event Support
- Set Up & Tear Down
- Office work, graphic and video design, photography

Volunteer positions are available for East Side Pride, Gay Day @ Playland, Picnic in the Park, The Davie Street Dance Party, Sunset Beach Pride Festival and of the course, the Parade!
