WinterPRIDE 2010 during the Olympic Year really stretched our army of volunteers as many have already put in hundreds of hours during the Olympics only to give more for our festival! Thank you, so much!! We are thrilled to announce that our long time volunteer that has given her time and energy not only to WinterPRIDE but to various other festivals and events in Whistler including the resort's "Village Hosts" has won our Volunteer grand prize of Tickets for Two anywhere in North America on American Airlines courtesy of AA.com's Rainbow Team! Congratulations to Rosemary Cook of Whistler! We wish you a well deserved vacation with American Airlines.

Oscar Party at PRIDE house:
Congratulations to Michael Galbe & Michael Friedberg of New York - they both cleaned up at the Oscar Party winning some of the best prizes up for grabs including:
VIP Package for Two at the annual Pride Toronto, June 25 - July 4th! The Grand Prize at the Oscar Party included:
- 2 Via Rail tickets (Ontario and Quebec ONLY)
- 2 nights accommodation in Toronto
- line bypass bracelets at Toronto Pride and
- 2 tickets for a ticket event/party for Toronto Pride

Thank you to our army of volunteer Travelocity Never Roam Ski & Snowboard Guides! I think you will agree the guiding program is no doubt one of the key foundations of the WinterPRIDE experience. If you missed joining the group this year be sure to join us next year Jan. 30th - Feb. 6th as we continue to improve the Mountain Experience!
