Happy Pride, Canada Day, and July 4th from Whistler, !
Summer is well under way and the summer time parties and pride celebrations are in full swing! Ken has been busy checking out the various Prides including Sao Paulo, Seattle, and Victoria. Dean has been busy getting ready for the World Out Games in Copenhagen as well as the Mr. Gay Europe competition.
We are excited to announce the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa will be our official Host Hotel for the next three years! The Hilton has the perfect location for both summer and winter events right at the centre of Whistler Village. We also welcome our preferred accommodation partners: Residence Inn by Marriott Whistler, Delta Whistler Village Suites, and the Pan Pacific Whistler. Our 2010 Packages will be online soon - so watch for updates coming soon!
Finally, yes we are working non stop on programming for 2010. It is going to be a truly incredible year as the resort of Whistler plays host to three back to back festivals - The Olympics, WinterPRIDE, and the Paralympic Winter Games. Earlier this month we announced that we will be hosting the first ever " PRIDE House" and making Olympic history by having a queer space for our guests, athletes, friends, family to hang out and watch the games and meet other like minded people.
