FAQ's - Event Ticket Pick Up  For those that have purchased event tickets on line, thank you! You can pick up your event tickets/pass in Whistler at the TELUS Whistler Conference Centre - Valley Foyer (Lower Lobby). This is where our guest experience lounge / ticket sales will be. The office will be open starting this Sunday from 8AM - 6PM daily.
If you have purchased one of the multi event passes make sure you send us a photo of yourself so we can process your accreditation ahead of time. Send your face picture to passes@gaywhistler.com, please be sure to include your name, and country you would like to be printed on your pass. Sort of like a passport for our Journey Around the World in 8 Days!
If you have purchased your event ticket/pass but have not yet picked it up before going to the first event - no worries! We will have you on the master list and will give you a temporary ticket to get you in. This includes the first party - Avalanche. Please bring your photo id and your ticket purchase receipt!
Some of our events are close to being sold out already including Queerly Canadian Comedy Show with David C. Jones & the Bobbers! We encourage you to buy your tickets in advance. We will have a "wait list" line at the door of the various events if space becomes available you will get in, but if you want to be guaranteed to get in - get your tickets now! |

 Want to see Whistler and Blackcomb like you've never seen them before? Join the Travelocity Never Roam Alone Ski and Ride Guides. There are groups for a wide range of ability levels, and as long as you can comfortably link turns on green runs, you're welcome to come and join us - we have groups ranging from a mellow, cruising group all the way to a fast-paced, adventurous group (for skiers, boarders, and exclusive women's groups!). The Never Roam Alone Guides meet daily on alternating mountains at 10am, at Glacier Creek on Blackcomb and at the Roundhouse Lightboard on Whistler.
