food Recipe of the Month: Delicious Veggie Wrap

Add the following ingredients to a whole wheat tortilla shell or a multi-grain flatbread.
  • Handful of shredded lettuce
  • Little mayo
  • 1/2 cup of freshly sliced garden tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons diced purple onions
  • 1/2 cup of avocado slices
  • 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • Top off with a drizzle of white-balsamic vinegar
