Boston Butt Recipe

I wanted to give it out to you guys first before posting it online.  It is only available here now so print this out and keep it.
Bone Suckin' Boston Butt
Boston Butt, 5-6 lbsBone Suckin' Barbecue Sandwich
Bone Suckin' Sauce Seasoning & Rub, 4 Tbsp
Bone Suckin' Sauce, 16 oz. Jar

Directions:

Rub both sides of Boston Butt with Bone Suckin' Sauce Seasoning & Rub. Place
on grill, fat side up, to cook with indirect heat. Cook Butt at 275 degrees for 3 to 4 hours, or until Butt is done. Baste Butt with Bone Suckin' Sauce during last 15 minutes of grilling.  Remove from grill and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes prior to serving. Trim remaining fat from Butt prior to serving. May be sliced or shredded and served as entrée or on bun. Apply Bone Suckin' Sauce liberally to meat.  Serves:  10-12.  Make Bone Suckin' Barbecue Sandwiches if you have any left.
