                             Spider & the Fly

One day the spider said to the fly,
"You  pass my house, but never come inside.
"My house is suitable for a queen, isn't it?
There are stairs in front, if you ever wish to visit."
"Mr. Spider, I'm too clever," answer the fly.
"Go deceive someone else, but me, don't even try.
I know better , than to sleep on your bed from which I would never awake."

The spider was impressed by the cleverness
"But how can I trap her? He thought ? "Flattery!"  He decided, "It's almost like a rule,
flatter can transform any clever thing into a fool.
"Oh respected lady!" Said the spider, "Please don't think I'd deceive you!
You are very smart, not to mention beautiful too.
As the spider continued to flatter her, the fly became more impressed.

" No need to fear ,"  I can get rid of my stress.
"Refusing  offer is not a good thing to do;
breaking someone's heart is terribly painful too."
So with confidence the fly flew towards the spider,
As she landed on the sticky web the spider quickly caught her.
The foolishness of the fly cost her a great deal,
but the spider's hunger vanished, having eaten a delicious meal.

"Overfishing linked to algal blooms "

Depletion of large predatory fish disrupts food chain.

Predatory pike can ultimately help to control algal blooms.Nitrogenous fertilizers and detergents have long been known to cause algal blooms that block sunlight and strangle ecosystems.

The study now reveals that overfishing of large predatory fish is also playing a key part. Top-predatory fish feed on mid-level predatory fish, which in turn feed on invertebrate herbivores such as snails and crustaceans. These are the animals that control the algal community.

Knock out the top predators, and mid-level predators develop huge populations which, in turn, reduce the numbers of algal-eating species, allowing blooms to grow unchecked.
We need to eat in moderation and eat local organic produce.

Is Organic Produce Healthier Than Conventional?

There are at least two good arguments for eating organic: fewer pesticides and more nutrients.. Pesticides can be absorbed into fruits and vegetables, and leave trace residues. The Environmental Working Group (EWG), pored over the results of nearly 51,000 USDA and FDA tests for pesticides on 44 popular produce items and identified the types of fruits and vegetables that were most likely to have higher trace amounts.

As for nutrients, in 2007 a study out of Newcastle University in U.K reported that organic produce boasted up to 40 percent higher levels of some nutrients (including vitamin C, zinc and iron) than its conventional counterparts. Additionally, a 2003 study in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry found that organically grown berries and corn contained 58 percent more polyphenols-antioxidants that help prevent cardiovascular disease-and up to 52 percent higher levels of vitamin C than those conventionally grown. Recent research by that study's lead author, Alyson Mitchell, Ph.D., an associate professor of food science and technology at the University of California, Davis, pinpoints a potential mechanism to explain why organic

The Freshness

When it's cold and raining,
you are more beautiful.

And the snow brings me
even closer to your lips.

The inner secret, that which was never born,
you are that freshness, and I am with you now.

I can't explain the goings,
or the comings. You enter suddenly,

and I am nowhere again.
Inside the majesty.
