THE HAPPY VIRUS

I caught the happy virus last night
When I was out singing beneath the stars
It is remarkably contagious---
So kiss me

 "Recycling Our Debris"
By: Ruthann Valentine, Phd, Cnb.

We all have debris in our life and we all want to live a "life worth living." We can use our debris as fuel for creating a "life worth living.: This dynamic exchange of energy, from debris to a "life worth living" can be a transforming, poetic, and life-giving dance...

Discovering hope in our inner fields of debris,
Trusting...
Surrendering to the creative energies of our heart,
Forming a golden thread,
Emerging...
Spinning and wearing a tapestry
Re-cycling our debris
Crafting it...
Into the fabric of new possiblities
One after the other
Multiplying...
Moving in a life-giving rhythm
One step at a time...
Mindfully...
Complassionately...
Healing...
Transforming...
Becoming a renewed human being
Expressing a "life worth living."

So, look for your debris. It has value. Join in the recycling dance of a transforming life.

-Ruthann Valentine, Phd, Cnb.

"A family that laughs together stays together,
Remember to take time each day to act silly with your children, dance in your living room, or simply read the comics. Afterall, life is too short to be serious all the time. Think about it!"

Plastics to Avoid:

#3 PVC: Used frequently in cling wraps for meat, PVC contains softeners called phthalates that interfere with hormonal development, and its manufacture and incineration release dioxin, a potent carcinogen and hormone disruptor.

#6 PS: Polystyrene-foam cups and clear plastic take-out containers can leach nature33styrene, a possible human carcinogen, into food.

#7 PC: The only plastic made with bisphenol A, polycarbonate is used in baby bottles, 5-gallon water-cooler bottles and the epoxy linings of tin food cans. Bisphenol A has been linked to a wide variety of problems such as heart disease and obesity.
