EXERCISE TIP - Single Straight Leg Stretch

Lie flat on your back . Extend both legs toward the ceiling and curl your head, neck, and shoulders up off the floor, bringing your chin toward your chest. Place both hands behind one leg and pull it toward you while extending the other leg toward the floor. Keeping the navel toward the spine, switch legs in a scissor-like motion. Repeat 10 times.
