Ron & Marianne Lachinibegan with a dream to start a small, family-owned estate vineyard focused entirely on producing uncompromising Pinot Noir. Robert Parker 90 points: "The dark ruby-colored 2007 Pinot Noir Lachini Family Estate offers up an enticing bouquet of cedar, spice box, black cherry, and black raspberry. On the palate it is medium-bodied, elegant, and potentially complex. Sweetly-fruited, lively, and well-balanced, it will drink well through 2017."

Musky raspberry and cherry on the nose, plus hints of woodsmoke, black tea and dried flowers. Medium in weight, offering bitter cherry and cassis flavors, silky texture and good mineral lift. Turns sweeter on the finish, ending with a strong raspberry quality. Packs plenty of flavor punch without any excess weight."
