LOWER PRICES ON BOTOX, JUVEDERM AND OTHER INJECTABLE FILLERS
We want to help you trust your face to a specialist, so in 2010 we are lowering our prices on Botox, Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse and Sculptra. We feel that it is very important to have a physician administering Botox or injectable fillers - one who has specialized knowledge of the face, proper training and extensive experience in administering cosmetic injections.
Dr. Putman is a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, is an Allergan (Botox and Juvederm) platinum provider (extensive experience) and is a member of The Physicians Coalition for Injectable Safety.
The mission of the coalition is to "provide the public with unbiased and necessary information on injectable cosmetic treatments, appropriate injectors, and where to safely access cosmetic medical procedures. The goal is to promote treatment supervised by properly qualified and trained board certified doctors and to promote only the use of FDA approved appropriately administered products"

UNDERSTANDING RHINOPLASTY
Noses come in all shapes and sizes, but one thing is certain, the nose is the most prominent feature of the face. Every year over a half million people seek consultation with facial plastic surgeons regarding rhinoplasty or nose reshaping. The considerations are often both functional and aesthetic for improvement in breathing, appearance or both. It is because the nose is the most defining characteristic of the face that improvements in both form and function can have significant repercussions on self-confidence and also on health.
Among facial plastic surgeons, nose reshaping is considered to be one of the more complex and gratifying of all facial cosmetic procedures. A skilled rhinoplasty surgeon can make improvements such as reducing a hump, straightening a crooked nose, reshaping a nasal tip and narrowing an overly wide nose, for example. In addition, deformities associated with congenital malformations (cleft lip, nasal deformity) and trauma can be addressed. Most experienced rhinoplasty surgeons will perform a detailed consultation and utilize computer imaging prior to surgery, as well as showing numerous pre- and postoperative patient photographs to convey important changes and realistic expectations that can be achieved with this procedure.
We can help you determine if you are a good candidate for this procedure. Contrary to popular belief, rhinoplasty is not a very painful operation, and often times nasal packing is unnecessary. The recovery process is otherwise not complicated and the gratifying results from this procedure are often evident within four to six weeks with maximal improvement achieved within six months to one year.
