Who wants to be a teacher?
Who wants to be a doctor?
Who wants to be a lawyer?
Afghanistan, in many areas, relies upon self help to resolve disputes. When wronged, the first instinct is not to call a lawyer. Now, if they can just find the midpoint between a lawless society and a litigious one.
