There has been a lot of talk recently about Arbitron's "Project Leapfrog" where listeners can record their listening times via the internet or from their smartphones. Project Leapfrog would be good for radio especially for the younger demos. This could increase participation but not necessarily accuracy in reporting. You still need to win the top-of-mind battle in your market no matter what ratings methodology is used.
