It is absolutely essential that all of your personalities are meeting with you on a weekly basis. These sessions should include an aircheck always pointing out areas of improvement first, and then working on areas we can improve on.
Motivation is the key factor. The goal of any program director or general manager is to have the personality actually look forward to the meeting. Make these meeting as efficient as possible. They don't need to be a burden for anyone.
