This week's question, "The Spring Grand Rod Run is coming up! Who is attending and what's your favorite thing to do in Pigeon Forge during Rod Run?" 

Last week's question, "What are your kid's favorite things to do in the Smokies or in Pigeon Forge?"  

Renee writes, "There is not a lot they do not like to do. But some of their favorites are Wonder Works, The Track, and of course Dollywood! Pigeon Forge is action packed with things to do, so you really can't go wrong with anything you pick to have fun... We have found out one thing they do not like... Shopping with the parents!"

Joy says, "We have been bringing our granddaughter to the Smoky Mountain area since she was 11 months old, now 6 years old.  She loves everything about the area.  She loves to walk in the mountains, wade the streams, and go to the shows.  Comedy Barn is her favorite, also, Dixie Stampede.  She doesn't care for fast food, so she loves all the restaurants.  And she wouldn't be a girl if she didn't love the shopping.  My husband and I will be celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary in June and will be headed that way with our precious granddaughter in June."

Ongoing - April 10: Titanic's Rose Petal Memorial Tribute - when you visit Titanic Museum Attraction now and throughout the entire year leading up to April 2012, guests will be given an actual rose petal and that rose petal will be placed into a rose petal memorial case - which will then will be placed out to sea by the Coast Guard at the exact site where we lost Titanic 100 years ago on April 15.  

April 4 - 7 : Great Smoky Easter Arts & Crafts Show - Located in the Gatlinburg Convention Center the show contains everything from food to unique household knick knacks. Buy gifts for others or bring home something great for yourself.

April 7 - 8: Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament - Celebrate springfest in Pigeon Forge with the Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament! The Little Pigeon River is stocked with 10,000 trout in over 20 miles of streams prior to the tournament.
