Question of the Week!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This section is dedicated to you, our readers! Feel free to reply to this email with any of your fun stories from your vacation in Pigeon Forge. Send us photos, memories, travel tips, anything that you would like to tell us about your experience in the Smokies. Every week we will highlight reader's comments in this article. Thanks for all the feedback. We love to hear from you!
This week's question,  "Can you believe it's almost Christmas? Do you have any Pigeon Forge holiday traditions?"
Last week's question, "Christmas is less than 4 weeks away! Have you started your Christmas shopping or are you a last minute shopper?"
Dianne in Mississippi writes, "I have only purchased 2 gifts so far, I am saving my Christmas shopping for my yearly Winterfest vacation in Pigeon Forge starting on Dec. 8th. Christmas shopping is much more fun there, can`t wait to get there. Merry Christmas to all!"
Vickie writes, "I will say I am a last minute shopper. I promise my husband every year I will shop early and I have actually bought a few gifts on Black Friday. I also told him if he took me to Pigeon Forge I would finish my shopping by next week. We will have to wait and see what happens."
Renee says, "Oh my, YES.... I have started and almost completed. I gave my family the gift that they can use the remainder of this year as well as next year... Season passes to Dollwood and we will use them this coming weekend. My mother is always the complicated one to shop for, so she is the "Last Minute" person to buy for this year. Merry Christmas!"
Smoky Mountain Weddings
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The country music singer Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland recently tied the knot in a small chapel in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.  We're still unsure of where in the Smokies the wedding took place but we're certain the wedding was a beautiful ceremony in our Smoky Mountains!  Nettles married longtime boyfriend Justin Miller and wore Alexander McQueen down the aisle.  Guests  included Nettles' bandmate Kristian Bush. The intimate wedding was held at sunset in a small chapel. Have you been following our weekly Wedding Wednesday posts on the PigeonForge.com blog? Be sure to check it out every Wednesday!  You can read all our past Wedding Wednesday posts and be sure to keep checking back for more!
