This week's question, "Have you ever been rafting in the Smokies? Tell us your story!"

Last week's question, "Cades Cove is a favorite of many when visiting the Smokies.  Is it a favorite of yours?   What are your other favorite spots to visit?" 

Roy writes, "Cades cove is one of our favorite spots. Some other ones include clingmans dome, newfound gap, the old mill restaurant, and many of the scenic views and waterfalls that can only be seen from the hiking trails."

Mike and Brenda say, "We LOVE Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail.  It has great historic homesites to explore and stunning views.  The sound of the water running along the side of the road during the drive is very relaxing."

Frank writes, "Cades cove is definetly my wife's favorite. When in the smokies, we make a trip there every day. My favorite though is cataloochee. It is a little wilder I think, a little harder to get to, not as much crowds. I also like jakes creek trail and the avetn cabin. I hope to someday get to come back to the smokies and walk the entire trail and look for lem ownbys home place or what is left of it."
