 Our very own Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery was featured in a segment on the Today Show! They gave a little history of moonshine in East Tennessee and featured the new Gatlinburg distillery that opened last summer. They have three types of moonshine available on a regular basis, the Original Unaged Corn Whiskey, White Lightnin' moonshine and their Moonshine Cherries. They also feature in the segment their Apple Pie moonshine, that tastes just like apple pie! If you haven't made a visit to Ole Smoky Moonshine, you should check it out on your next visit to Pigeon Forge.

| Saddle Up!

 The entertainment lineup for the 2011 Saddle Up! Will consist of some of the top performers in western music and cowboy poetry. Concerts will be held at 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. on Feb. 25, and 3:00 p.m. on Feb. 26. Cost is $15. One of the most popular components of Saddle Up! is a competitive chuckwagon cook-off, on Saturday, Feb. 26. Chuckwagon cooks prepare lunch for guests and evaluation by a panel of judges. Tickets are $10. Belz Outlets will host two activities, the new Western Marketplace, presented by Stages West, and the Western Swing Dance. Sunday morning's Cowboy Church, a non-denominational service preceded by a chuckwagon breakfast (tickets are $5), concludes the event.
