Carolyn writes, "We are looking forward to going to the Diner's Veterans Day Cruise In...my husband owns a "69 Monaco Convertible and loves car shows...never been to one outside of Canada...he is hoping to find a truck to bring home. Also hoping to visit the Titanic as that was not completed on our last visit...there is always something new to see in Pigeon Forge...that's what keeps us coming back every fall...that and the mountains of course."
Grace says, "We are planning another trip to Pigeon forge in November to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. This will be our first trip in November, we usually come during the car shows, but this year we want to see the Holiday lights and shows." |

| Learn to Fly Fish at the NOC!

The Nantahala Outdoor Center is hosting a fly casting instruction by Rob Fightmaster of Fightmaster Fly Fishing, Maryville, TN on Saturday, August, 21. Anytime between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. you can join Rob at the Great Outpost for some quality fly fishing instruction. Anyone from the novice fly fisherman to the expert can benefit from Rob's knowledge and you can also witness some fly tying action. Rob has been fly fishing for more than 20 years, has fished all over the United States, has been a professional guide in Kentucky and Tennessee, has taught numerous fly fishing schools, fly tying classes, rod building classes and introduced hundreds of people to this sport.

| Dumplin Valley Bluegrass Festival
