Free Summer Activities at Bass Pro Shops! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Learn fun outdoor skills at Bass Pro Shops family camp! They are offering free activities and workshops where you can participate in fun crafts as well as learn skills to enjoy outdoor adventures. The Bass Pro Family Camps begin June 5 and go through July 11. Any Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday you can visit Bass Pro and you're sure to find something fun for the family. Also, children will earn a collectible pin for every workshop completed and you can also pick up a free Summer Guide book with outdoor activities and tips. | Sunset Music Series in Townsend
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Friday, June 11 will be the premier of the Townsend Sunset Music Series with a performance by Wild Blue Yonder. Wild Blue Yonder is back for their fifth appearance and is the only band to perform every year since the Series began. All concerts start at 7:00 pm at the Heritage Center's outdoor amphitheater. The amphitheater does have a roof so that concerts may be presented rain or shine. The Sunset Music Series is sponsored by BankEast. Admission to the concerts is $4.00 and may be purchased at the door. Heritage Center members are admitted free. For further information, call the Center at 865-448-0044.
