Tommy writes, "It was a surprise for her, we were supposed to go out to dinner that night she thought locally in theNew Orleans area except I pulled into the airport parking lot and flew into Knoxville just with the clothes on our back and a short drive to the Peddler resturant before they closed. We were like teenagers sneaking off with out notice. Cobbly Nob knew my plans and had wine and chocolates with roses on the table made for a most romatic evening and 3 days of bliss. We often remember the memories we made that Valentine night of 2006." |

Winter Heritage Festival ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Winter Heritage Festival will be February 4-7 and includes classes, exhibits, music, hikes, tours and demonstrations. It has been recognized as one of the Top 20 Events in the Southeast and with an Award of Merit from the American Association for State and Local History. Thursday, February 4 will Kick Off evening program at Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont: "Mountain Voices" with Sparky and Rhonda Rucker. Charge will be $10 per person. | Last Chance for Winterfest!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  February is the last month of Pigeon Forge Winterfest! If you haven't made it out to the 2009-2010 Winterfest, we suggest you come quick! There are not too many days left of this year's Winterfest. Although there is still one more Winterfest event left, which will be held the last days of February. The 10th annual Saddle Up! is scheduled for February 25-28 and will be a great event for the closing of Winterfest. Make sure you don't miss a thing!
