Last week's question, Have you ever experienced a snowy experience in the Smokies? If so, we would love to see pictures and hear about your experience.
Renee writes, " My husband and I were married December 10th 2004 and we spent our honeymoon in Pigeon Forge. When we woke up the next morning we had 4 inches of powder snow. It was a wonderful finish to a perfect weekend."
Melanie writes, "My husband and I came to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg in January 2003 for our 10th anniversary. We heard the predictions for snow and wondered if it would really snow and if it would be enough to stick. Well, it did snow and it did stick. It was absolutely beautiful. We drove out to Cades Cove and that was wonderful. We saw at least 60 deer! We have been to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg during every season and I have to say that this was my favorite. We loved the snow!" |
