Greetings! 

We have already surpassed last years RSVP's and so we are expecting over 300 people.  This is going to be one of the largest parties of the year.  Don't worry though, the huge ballroom will accommodate everyone nicely.  There will be a complimentary picture for the couples that get to the dance early.

There was some confusion on the website as to the party.  Friday night will be a  bar meet till 10:30pm then, we will move upstairs for a full blown floor party with DJ.  Saturday we will have a Dance Party downstairs in the huge Tower Ballroom.  A breakdown has been posted in the newsletter section on our website.

This is a quick reminder that we have reserved the entire Tower section of the hotel for the October event.  As of right now the Tower section is 95% sold out. Make sure you get your hotel reservations in to ensure you get this section as it will be on a first come first serve basis.

Call the hotel directly and let them know you are with Virginia Friends to get the special rate of $79 per night (plus taxes) at: 804-285-9951. Make sure you do an "In house reservation".
