We will add an extra theme room this month as well as have the contest upstairs. Friday we'll start off in the usual fashion of our "Gathering" at the bar followed by our floor party afterwards. Saturday we will do registration upstairs on the 7th floor starting at 8pm then just party from there. We will announce a schedule in a future email. You can click on the link below to make your reservations online. Remember that the smoking rooms are not on the party floor and the hotel has eliminated smoking anywhere else in the hotel.
