We have secured a section in "Crazy Wing Cantina" near the pool tables. So far we have had over 35 couples say they would attend with more couples emailing us every day. The dress is casual. Entry fee is $5 after 7:00pm, free if you get there before. Most people leave shortly after 11:00pm. Lately, we have had a lot of couples that have been staying in a nearby hotel within walking distance. Last month we have had several couples stay and had an after hours social at the hotel. If you plan on staying, call the Cedar Tree Hotel at 757-366- 0100 and reserve your room on the 4th floor. Try to get a room between 417 and 429. Remember, these gatherings are intended for couples only. Please do not advertise the location to the public.

We cannot stress how important it is to get there before 7:00 PM. Not only will you not have to pay a cover but we can reserve more seats around us. Please plan accordingly so your arrival time will be as close to 7pm as possible. We have secured the Patio section for our group. It will be semi private as there are a few regulars that are in that section every month. However we cannot expect the club to hold the area when the club starts to fill up. Please get there as early as possible.

We will be designated the "VAF" group at the door and we will be near the pool table area. Remember, there is no charge for this event other than the door fee if there is one.

Don't forget about our next major event the "Hot Bods and Maybe a Rod" party in Richmond on July 24th and 25th. Right now because of last months success we are doing another floor party both nights! Plenty of theme rooms with plenty of contests. There will be more details in the next newsletter. Make plans now as there are still some room available on the party floor.
