Due to popular demand we have finalized the details with hotel for our second annual "Floor Party". We did this last year and had a lot of members cheer the fact that we did this. So here it is. We will add an extra theme room this month as well as have the contest upstairs. Friday we will start off in the usual fashion of our "Gathering" at the bar followed by our floor party afterwards. Saturday will be a repeat but starting an hour earlier. We will do registration in the bar then head upstairs at 10 rather than 11. We will announce a schedule in a future email. The hotel has ironed out the computer glitch that prevented our group from being listed that weekend so those of you that called to make reservations can do so now. Or if you wish, you can click on the link below and do it online. Remember that the smoking rooms are not on the party floor and the hotel has eliminated smoking anywhere else in the hotel.
