My office has received several inquiries regarding a project underway on the eastern boundary of Waterford Chase East Village C and Waterford Chase East Village D. The name of this project is Partin Ridge which was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on June 13th, 2006 by a unanimous vote. To review the meeting minutes, please visit this link. This project consists of 57 acres and 194 single family homes that are required to have a minimum square footage of 1,500 feet. At this time construction has begun on clearing and grubbing of the parcel with erosion control.
My office has notified the contractor and requested they use water trucks to minimize on-site dust abatement. If you are experiencing any inconveniences with this project, we recommend you visit the construction trailer on-site and address those concerns with the contractor.
