There's a friendly competition going on at Orange County Parks & Recreation and I need your help. The Commissioner with the most attendance at their 5K Race wins a healthy kids day party for the kids of their respective district.  Hence, I need your help to bring the party to District 4!

 

Sign up to Run or Walk with me this Saturday for the all-new Epic Family 5K races, presented by Nemours Children's Hospital and Orange County Parks and Recreation! The series of six family fun runs begins April 14th and extends through the summer.

 

 Locations are all Orange County parks or trails

• District 4 Moss Park, 12901 Moss Park Rd, Orlando on April 14th
• District 6 Barnett Park, 4801 W. Colonial Dr, Orlando April 21st
• District 3 Blanchard Park, 2451 N. Dean Rd, Orlando May 5th
• District 5 Cady Way Trail, Herndon Avenue, Orlando June 2nd
• District 1 Chapin Station (W. Orange Trail), 501 Crown Point Cross Rd, Winter Garden, June 23rd
• District 2 Apopka Station (W. Orange Trail), 111 S Forest Rd, Apopka, July 21st

Races are for all ages, and awards are based on age groups: 11 & under, 12-17, 18-30, 31-54, and 55 & older. Cost: $25 per person; T-shirts go to the first 200 people who register online.
