The Orange County Planning Division has received a request to change the allowable types of development for parcels located on S. Orange Avenue. The community meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held at Cypress Park Elementary School located on 9601 11th Avenue, Orlando, FL 32824.

The property is 1.23 acres located on 9604 1st Avenue; generally described as located on the east

side of S. Orange Avenue and the west side of 1st Avenue, south of Pine Street, between 4th Street and 6th Street. The requested amendment would change the land use designation from Industrial to Commercial. The applicant will be in attendance to present their request and answer any questions from the public.
