Hoffner Ave Community Meeting for Future Land Use Amendment

The Orange County Planning Division has recieved requests to change the allowable types of development for parcels located on Hoffner Avenue.The community meetings for these cases have been scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 6:30 and 7:00 PM. The meetings will be held at Shenandoah Elementary School located at 4827 S. Conway Road, Orlando, FL 32812.

The first property is 4.88 acre parcel located on 4740 Hoffner Avenue. The requested amendment would change the land use designation from Office to Commercial. The applicant will be in attendance at the meeting to present their request and answer any questions from the public. This meeting will begin at 6:30pm.

The second property are two parcels located at 5051 and 5053 Hoffner Avenue. The requested amendment would change the land use designation from Office and Low-Medium Density Residential to Office and Commercial. The applicant will be in attendance at the meeting to present their request and answer any questions from the public. This meeting will begin at 7:00pm.
