A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, February, 21st at 2:00pm for a Future Land Use Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for the Lake Hart Lake Whippoorwhill Rural Settlement. The property is located on the east side of Narcoossee Road, north of Tyson Road, and south of Kirby Smith Road. The amendment would remove a portion of land from the Lake Hart Lake Whippoorwhill Rural Settlement. This property would be changed from a Rural Settlement land use designation to a Planned Development land use designation. The new Planned Development land use designation would allow for commercial, office, and residential uses on the property.

Residents are invited to attend the Public Hearing and have the opportunity to address the Board of County Commissioners with their thoughts and concerns regarding this amendment to the Comprehensive Plan.
