You're invited to the Orange County 2012 Redevelopment Conference!

  

The Orange County 2012 Redevelopment Conference will be held on Friday, January 20th 2012 at the Orange County Convention Center from 7:30am-3:30pm. The purpose of this day-long conference is to increase the understanding of the process and methods used for redevelopment. Members of the development community, financial institutions, those involved with community development, and residents are invited to attend.

 

Speakers for the conference include local professionals, authors, and leaders in redevelopment. The conference will consist of four sessions covering a variety of topics including redevelopment in Orange County, challenges and benefits of sustainable development, real estate trends, obstacles to redevelopment, and much more. The closing session will cover information on the Sand Lake Road Sunrail Station Transit Oriented Development concepts.
