There was a delay in construction with the remaining friction course. It was put on hold due to awaiting an easement from a property owner to build an outfall pipe. That easement has been received and construction of the outfall system is now underway. The pipes and outfall system should take 4-6 weeks to build. Some additional base and the remaining friction course will take an additional 2 weeks. The entire roadway should then be able to be open with temporary striping. Final striping will go down 30 days later. The entire road should be open with final completion in approximately 3 months.
