I want to invite you to the first meeting of the District 4 Parks and Recreational Committee. Due to the overwhelming interest in the Parks and Rec advisory board and the need for additional recreation facilities throughout our district, I am forming this committee to address the needs, concerns, and possible solutions for moving forward.

I would greatly appreciate if you would consider becoming an active member of this new committee so that together we may begin the process to provide additional recreational options for the citizens of District 4.
