Protoype Dynamic Shear Fluid Homogeniser

We proudly present, a new prototype of a high end laboratory homogeniser with variable shear parameters for fast micro scale testing.

Shear measurement research and development done in cooperation with the Institute of Pharmaceutical Technolgy in Basel, Switzerland will allow work with different controlled shear rates in the final version of the Dynamic Shear Fluid homogeniser. Dynamic Shear Fluid

Our Dynamic Shear Fluid homogeniser will provide R&D departments and formulation labs with a homogenising device that can simulate controlled shear forces on the smallest process scale.

Mi Molto and Molto Mat

Our smallest 1.5 liter process machine for fast laboratory formulation work with guaranteed  scalable results to Krieger process machines, and a small 50 liter Molto Mat production machine with integrated FDA validated  CIP/ SIP system will be shown.

Quality by Design process solutions - sterile, aseptic, contained

Focus will also be placed on our special qualtity by design projects and processing excellence program that enables our customers to get solutions to their diffficult to manufacture products under aseptic, sterile or contained process conditions.

 Contained homogenising process technology

A new technology that allows enhanced mixing and homogenising under contained conditions without the need of expensive sterilisation utility equipment for coolable mechanical seals. Especially in demand for bio products and viscous pharmaceutical injectables. This technology sets new standards for quick and reliable processes with 100% contained process conditions.

Cosmetics Universal skid

Installation on a single skid frame that does it all.

Process all cosmetics products with different shear parameters, unlimited powder contents with an integrated fast, low energy consumption cleaning and sanitisiation system. For high powder quantities a Bead mill provided by our

joint venture partner Buhler can be integrated.  K-Mix_100

 Green Technology / Solar Heating

Our new combined utility racks, that integrate in one rack all hardware for   heating/cooling, vacuum pressure ans CIP/SIP functions can now be delivered with an optional connection for solar heating panels.   Solar warm heated water can be used for heating. In case of insufficient heating capacity the regular heating system gets activated to bring the missing required energy and complete the heating process cycle.
