|
Dear Customer
Our aim is to bring to our customers "state of the art" homogenising process technology.
On a regular basis, Krieger introduces innovations in homogenising technology facilitating the manufacturing processes of sterile, contained and cosmetics products.
Our many R & D projects running with universities result in a pipeline of new ideas and concepts to optimize and revolutionize future homogenising processes.

Cosmetics Universal Super Skid
|
The cosmetics universal super skid, proceeds with the philosophy of the legendary Molto Mat Universal that all cosmetics products can be manufactured on one single machine.
In the past decades the
Molto Mat Universal has been the center pillar of many cosmetics productions. Ysl, Guerlain, Givenchy, Juvena,...
just to name a few.
The cosmetics universal super skid continues the philosophy of the Molto Mat Universal (MMU) to be the platform to process all cosmetics products on just one skid.
All the new demands of high end cosmetics processing are integrated in the Krieger cosmetics universal super skid:
- Variable High Shear and Variable Low Shear Homogenising
- Fast Melting of Fatty Phases and Fast Water Preparation
- Wet Grinding for Pigment Pastes
- Fast CIP System and Sanitisation of the Entire Skid Overnight.

Contained and Bio Homogenising
|
Krieger's innovative technology is developed for enhanced mixing & homogenising for Bio companies and contained pharmaceutical productions for viscous injectables.
The new technology avoids mechanical seal cooling liquids and guarantees to process with ease and save important utility costs on sterilisation equipment.

R & D "the Edge of Excellence"
|
Krieger starts on 1. March 2012 a 660'000 CHF
R & D project together with the Institute of Pharma Technology.
The Project will run for 18 months and the research covers process analytical tools to monitor on line the homogenising process.
The project will focus on a wide variety of new sensors and ultrasound technology that will be tested for on line measurement of important parameters like: shear stress, homogenity, viscosity, etc. during a homogenisation process.
The R & D carried out under our "Processing Excellence Program" receives 50% funding from the Swiss Commission for Technology and innovations (KTI) and gives Krieger
"the edge of excellence" for developing future homogenising systems.
