FDA approved PEEK (polyetheretherkeytone) vessel agitator wall scrapers
|
Dear Customer Krieger vessel agitator wall scrapers are available now made of the versatile engineering plastic "PEEK". PEEK is a FDA approved material that is allowed for use in f ood and medical processing equipment. Krieger uses for it's wall scrapers a "Medical grade PEEK" that meets the demands of medical applications. The PEEK material used is FDA certified to comply to FDA regulation 21 CFR § 177.2415. The new scraper material has a brown color and is very temperature resistant. This new scraper material is available now for all our agitators, regardless of the year of inception. We look forward to provide our pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food customers with a FDA certified material that can speed up validation work on Krieger equipment.
